How do I cancel via online account?

1. Log in to your account via https://account.natgeokids.com using the email address and password entered at time of registration.
To note, online accounts were only launched within October 2023 so if you have not created an account since then you will need to register for an account - to do this please visit the relevant link below to create an account: https://account.natgeokids.com/register


2. Once logged in, click ‘My Subscriptions’ as shown below:

3. Click the ‘Cancel subscription’ button against the order you are wishing to cancel.
Within the box it will show the amount of days until the next renewal is due to take place along with the message ‘Until your subscription renews automatically’ as shown within the example image below:

4. Once you have clicked this button the auto-renewal feature will be deactivated and the same box will update so the ‘Cancel subscription’ button will not show, and the message will change to state the amount of day remaining on the subscription along with the message ‘Until your subscription expires’ as shown within the example image below:

An email confirmation that the cancellation has been successful should then be received within 48hrs.

Please note, carrying out the above action will only deactivate the auto-renewal function on the live subscription, so the magazines will continue to be dispatched until the paid term where it will then come to a natural end.
