If you as the payer or the recipient receiving the subscription has changed addresses during the subscription period, please visit your online account under the 'My Subscription' section to update the address, or you can contact the team via the 'Submit a ticket' button at the top of the page where you will need to confirm the full name and address we currently hold, along with the new address including postcode where we can assist to get this updated for you.
All address updates will take effect as of the next issue due to be mailed, if a magazine has already been organised for dispatch we will not be able to amend the address for that issue.
To update the recipient name held for a subscription, please contact the customer service team for assistance.
