Cooling-off period:

If you change your mind for any reason and decide you do not want to subscribe to one of our publications, you may cancel your order at any time before receiving the first issue of your current subscription. To cancel your subscription, please follow the cancellation process set out in the “Cancellations Process” section below

Continuous subscriptions:

When you take out an Annual or Six Issue term, it is on a continuous basis, meaning that your subscription will automatically renew for another term at the rate for the matching subscription term at the time of renewal unless cancellation is requested. You may request to cancel your subscription at any time, with such cancellation to take effect at the end of the current running subscription term.

Cancelling part way through a subscription term: 

If you request to cancel part way through your subscription term, we will continue to send any remaining issues you have left within your subscription term – we do not offer a remains value refund for the remaining issues left within your annual term if outside 30 days of payment being debited.

Cancelling after an auto-payment has been taken:

If you have provided your email address upon subscribing, you will be notified that a successful renewal has taken place once the auto-renewal has completed. You may then request for your subscription to be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of this email/auto-payment being debited by following the cancellation process set out in the “Cancellations Process” section below.

To cancel a Subscription, you must inform us in writing, either to the address noted at the end of these terms and conditions, or by emailing us at help@ngkids.co.uk giving us your name, address and order reference.
