Unfortunately, due to the firewall settings that BT internet uses for their customers, some of our alert and confirmation emails are not coming through to you. As this is an issue with BT's system, there is sadly nothing we can do about this on our side other than suggest that you add our email addresses, noreply@ngkids,co.uk and email@example.com to your safe senders list.
