After you've successfully purchased a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you specified when you subscribed. This email will include a Customer Service Number unique to you and let you know when you should expect your first issue. 

Please note that, due to firewall restrictions, BT domain customers are not receiving our confirmation emails. If you are using a BT internet email address, and you would like confirmation of your subscription, please contact us by creating a new support ticket above and we will send you a confirmation of your subscription for your records.
